Android and iPhone will gain nothing in common other

I've always been stupidly simple like the arguments of some of the CEOs I've encountered in my professional life (the one I always remember that just because IBM IBM laptop I wanted was the first computer company). Well today I'm going with one of those arguments that I find it hard to develop because I am neither simple nor CEO.
Proposition: iPhone beats Android
Simple Agrumentación
Apple is a company with many years of experience in the development and sale of hw + sw together, that is, your business is in equipment and software attractive attractive and simple. Google is an advertising company whose applications have always been purchased from third parties ( Picasa , Google Earth , Chrome does not even have done them from scratch), never developed client software has gotten much less ever in the world of hw.
And others ... Nokia, Motorola, Sony-Ericsson are hardware companies and many times not even that, as devices with white buy them, put your logo and point.
Well, not everyone else, is that Palm missed the train. And RIM , with fewer years of experience that Apple but who know what it is to develop a hw + sw all at once and succeed, RIM may actually be the horse that is third or fourth, no one looks at it and winning just because the first two do not look at him.
My argument is stupid and has many buts. I can not say "Google has never developed anything" and stay as hot dog. It should also be borne in mind that the managers who manage projects in these companies may come from one or other sides. But in essence, if I now about dollars, buy Apple shares.
Do not care about the actual characteristics of each model?
I think not, no matter that the iPhone is a rock with a touch screen , or that you can not do copy-paste or any other bullshit resolvable with an update. The important thing is that Google has to learn from Apple , is lagging behind and throwing later and no improvement.
Note: The title refers to smart phones. Obviously, Nokia and Motorola will continue to sell like hotcakes scrap consumption.
I recommend reading the book in the history of Google. Where you will see that Google's competitive advantage is innovation (the ability to invent faster and better than their opponents) is not an advertising!. The remaining arguments seem to me simple, but is that the "purchase" the consumer is complex and successful than ever which will take the upper hand. It depends on many factors, availability in the stores, advertising, relevance, technical terms, states of mind, who buy, price, etc ...

@ Xsamat no data and do not know but I would say the mini is hard to google bought 'as is' not manufactured by google, even mounted (ibm, hp, dell ...). And they have incorporated a peke version of its search engine inside.

Not if Google developed Android is a genius, what I've seen so far I quite like, but this has released the source code and anyone can help or even make a custom fork. So it's not what Google does, but what he has done for you to do what you want.
Android beats iPhone and I will not give technical arguments but historical: VHS beat Beta beat IBM PC clone, etc, etc ...
